Abstract

The Teaching Campus Program (PKM) is one form of the implementation of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka which aims to empower students in helping the learning process in elementary schools, one of which is at SD Negeri 354 Lando Aje, Luwu Regency. The Class 3 Teaching Campus Program will be held on January 24-June 29, 2022, which begins with socializing and coordinating Field Supervisors and Students at the Education Office, which is then followed by school observation, program planning, implementation. Improving the quality of education and becoming the focus of campus teaching programs is carried out by helping improve student literacy and numeracy, assisting in adapting technology in direct learning processes, supporting school principals in the field of school administration and management, and socializing learning products. Students also have a responsibility to improve student character and increase interest in learning at this time. The results of this program are as an inculcation of empathy and social sensitivity in students to the problems of the lives of the people around them, honing thinking skills in collaborating across fields of science and various student origins in solving problems they face, developing students' insight, character and soft kills, encourage and spur national development.
