The problems faced in learning English in junior high schools are related to student conditions, the environment, learning media, and teachers' teaching methods which are considered less attractive. This research aims to find out what factors can cause low student interest in learning English. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the research subject being class VIIIH. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews. The research results show that there are internal and external factors that influence students' low interest in learning. Internal factors include students' perceptions that English is a difficult subject, especially because of the large amount of vocabulary that must be memorized and difficulties in pronunciation. The researcher employed a descriptive qualitative research design. The research subjects were two English teachers. Observation and interviews were used as data collection instruments. The research findings indicated that classroom management is divided into three main points: classroom management components, the goals of classroom management. and the functions of classroom management. The Problem faced by English teachers are the lack of motivation and discipline among students in class. Teachers have solutions to address these issues by making the classroom atmosphere more active, effective, and efficient in learning. Classroom management based on observation and interviewwas appropriate. The research was conduct in the fourth class of Datok Sulaiman Elementary School. The method of the research was Quantitative. The data were obtained from interview and observation. The result of this research show that Elementary School students like English for various reasons, such as participant 1 and participant 2 only liking specific lesson themes and participant 3 likes when teachers teach English using games. The research use random data soursces taken from Tik-Tok scrolling. The data are analized and displayed based on the formation of word proposed by Delahunty either compounding, coinage, blending, clipping, and acronyme Based on the result and discussion, the research comes to conclude that there are 5 (five) types of word formations found on Tik-Tok Videos. They are abbreviation, compounding, blending, clipping, and affixation. The most frequent types of word formations is abbreviation or acronyms. The word formations are increased as the world increases.
