Geometri Sederhana Melalui Permainan Origami Pada Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase knowledge of the basics of dividing geometry to young children through origami games. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The type of research in this research is a class action research (CAR). In cycle 1 it has not reached above 71%. Furthermore, the average child acquisition score in cycle 2 reaches 16.00 with a percentage of 74.00%. The activities carried out through the game of folding paper equally (origami) showed an increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2, the average cognitive development of children was 10.43 with a percentage of 36.50%. Based on this, through an equal folding paper game (origami) in Group B RA Al-Husna children, Wara Selatan District, Palopo City, can improve children's cognitive development. Based on this, this research was declared completed.
