Sosialisasi Perubahan Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Era Digitalisasi
Abstract
About 94.8% of online pharmacies worldwide do not comply with relevant laws in the countries where they operate, some online pharmacies deceive consumers, sell counterfeit medicines, steal customer credentials and credit card information. In addition, complete information was not obtained about the drug which included how to use it, the dosage of the drug, the side effects that appeared so that it could potentially lead to errors in use. Many online businesses do not have official permits so there is no guarantee if unwanted things happen. Consultation is needed with pharmacists in pharmacies to get safe, useful and quality medicines. Besides that, the most important thing is to be a smart and critical consumer in buying and using drugs. Because currently pharmaceutical services have also kept up with the times. Therefore this service activity is carried out to increase public awareness as consumers in using drugs and also in obtaining pharmaceutical services in the current digitalization era.
